If payment is submitted before verifying availability of the model, your fee may be forfeited.
Should technical difficulties arise during a webcam show, every attempt will be made to remedy the situation. Once the show resumes, you will be allowed to view for the remaining time, minus the period of difficulties.
If you stop the show before the alloted time AND you do not contact the model within 24 hours, you will not be offered a chance to continue the show. However, if you log off due to difficulties AND you contact the model within 24 hours, you will be allowed to resume your show for the period of time remaining.
No refunds will be issued in part or in whole for shows viewed. A refund may be issued by the performer if a technical issue is unable to be resolved in a reasonable period of time.
